Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our designated electronics inspection center.
